**What are your operating hours?**
Our hours are pretty flexible, but we kindly ask that you reach out to us between 9 am and 7 pm from Monday to Friday, and between 10 am and 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. However, we've got you covered 24/7 for online availability checks and bookings.
**How much advance notice do you need for a booking?**
Bookings are welcome at any time. However, we highly recommend securing your spot as far in advance as possible. Our calendar tends to fill up quickly, and we'd hate for you to miss out on all the fun!
**What about deposits and cancellation?**
To secure your booking, we request a €100 deposit. While the deposit itself is non-refundable, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you can carry the deposit over to a new date within the same calendar year, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
**Is there a delivery fee?**
We're conveniently situated between Claremorris & Ballinrobe, and here's the great news – there's no delivery charge for any location within 30 km of our base. If your location falls outside this radius, we'll let you know about any delivery charges when you book.
**What do we need to do for setup?**
We require suitable access for setup, with a minimum gate or opening width of 2.5 meters. Adequate space is also necessary for the mobile pub, ideally on flat, hard-standing ground. Due to the bar’s weight (3 tonnes), placement on grass is generally not recommended unless conditions are dry during the summer or autumn months. Additionally, we need access to a convenient power outlet. If electricity is unavailable, we can include a generator as part of your hire package. We may ask you to send us a video of where you wish to place the pub and the access into it.
**What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept cards and cash payment.
**I've paid my deposit, when is the remaining balance due?**
The remaining balance is due on arrival.
**Do you need access to power?**
Yes, in order for the lights and everything to work correctly, we need access to a power supply, we will supply a cable which can be run to a socket. We recommend plugging directly into a socket, extension cables are not recommended.
**Can the pub be customized for my event?**
No, we ask that you don't stick banners or balloons on the walls of the pub with sellotape or blue tack as this will damage the walls of the pub and pull off the wallpaper.
**What's included when we book One for the Road?**

**Do we need a license to serve alcohol?**
As long as you're not charging for it, you don't need a license to serve alcohol.
**Can you supply the kegs?**
We're currently not able to supply the kegs but can recommend where to get them from and can arrange pickup / drop off if it's with a local supplier.
